Lia just doesn't stop. It was go go action from the time we arrived to the time we dragged her away.. 

Ellie tried her hand at 'surfing' or riding the waves on her floaty surfboard, belly down. One good wipeout, and she retired to her little borrowed beach chair to read her new Frozen book (in the 85 degrees!). Aurie discovered how fun it was to let the waves whoosh her along too.. You could hear her squealing down the shore! :)

And that's what happens to one busy little beach girl once you get her home and cleaned up... Even before dinner.
