Keepin Warm and Busy

 Ellie, the 100th Day Flower Fairy... they had a fashion show we were to participate in, and dress up in something that represented 100....so, any excuse to get dolled up ;) Ta da... one hundred flowers on her fairy wings.

 Amazing, the sunsets and some sunrises we've had here. One evening, on our way to dance lessons, the sky was just breathtaking. I couldn't get enough...even the girls noticed, before I pointed it out to them. Aurie's comment was the best..."Mommy, it looks like treasure."

And then, there was costume arrivals. Darling Lia who amazingly put on this pink confection (when they showed us the picture at order time, I thought no way this child who is picky about every piece of clothing she wears, and how it feels, is going to put this sucker on....I eat my words...thankfully :))

Lia loved snowman making, and once she got a taste of it, there was no stopping her... not even when there was only enough snow left to make, a head...

I'm glad to have had a post that features Lia and Ellie, since I feel like many "cute"pictures are taken of Aurie. BIll and I are even conscious and hope the girls don't feel left out of the coddling we know we do with Aurie. But...I couldn't leave the Pumpkin Muffin out entirely.... ;) Some gymnastics cuteness...

 If you noticed the background of Ellie's fairy pictures above, you've had a sneak peek of Aurie's new room. Yes, it's still all new, but Aurie's has been the one room I am not totally in love with, as I am with the rest of the house. So, first step was to change the shade of pink (I know, I'm nuts...but it made such a difference!), and then found this adorable stencil...I'm sooo in love with it now and it's not even finished!  I'll post final pics once I am...
