The view from our back door this morning...came home to 71/2 inches yesterday, then overnight, the patio table tells us we got about 6 more!
Ellie sittin pretty in the snowbank...
She was my sweet little model...the other two only lasting a short time.
The back treeline.. I love it. Reminds me of my beautiful drives to work/school in the winter along a windy road, through a forest. And though Bill grumbles, I know he loves how excited the girls are too...
Christmas morning at Grandma and Grandpap's house...
Aurie enjoying "the big chocolate" that has been long awaited form our advent calendars that daddy brought home from England. Aurie had something of a chocolate smorgasbord one morning along the way, which led to some missing ones. But, for the most part, the girls have had so much fun with those.. ;)
Even Nana's presents came all that way :) Thank you Nana!
(Daddy trying out Lia's miniature tea set ;))
Grandma spoiled us as much as Santa... Thank you Grandma!
The christmas angel...
Our adventure downtown on the 'T'...
Little necklaces from the German Christmas market..
Just a little tuckered out..
The girls' first snowfall...
Mommy and Ellie toughed it out for some snowman making...
All fancied up at Aunt Robbie's house...dresses, compliments of Nana :)
Such a big cookie for such a little girl :) And it's her second!
Our Christmas Eve visit to a chocolate factory....and ice cream for lunch! ;)
Ellie's school field trip to the Children's Museum
They had a neat new exhibit, winter themed- this is a 'snowball fight' (with white pom poms). They even had a huge sledding 'slide' that went from one floor to the next...the girls and I did that one together.
A gingerbread house making session...
(never, ever...ever....again ;))
Our Christmas card pictures taken at our Christmas Party
My beautiful little dancer at the last parent watch day
Experiencing snow outside the mall...
A super cool light show near our house we went to watch...
Aurie, sweet as pie, doing her "marching"at gymnastics (note the darling pumping of the arms that seems to be the point of 'marching':) Love them!)
