Lia turned three last weekend, but we sort of didn't tell her :) (To be honest, we were invited to another party, and since they love parties, we decided to go. Easter also was the next day, and we wanted din't want it to overshadow her day.) So, we saved her a day to celebrate this weekend. She had a blast, like I knew she would, and it was a beautiful day to play in the backyard. I was grateful, as always, to have our "family" come celebrate with us. (Can you tell who she's sweet on?) Lia did suddenly get shy when we went to sing happy birthday, and didn't want anything to do with it. We didn't push the issue and left her "Belle" cinnamon bun cake to be pulled apart without candles lit this year.
(Oooo...a Fancy Nancy purse from Miss Amy!)
The girls had fun at an old fashioned Children's Carnival this wekeend too. Love the mid-bounce here..
(This was the big favorite...guess we need to get some rubber duckies for the baby pool...)
