The last week of school had Aurie and I visiting Lia and Ellie for class picnics, fireman visits and awards and plays int he classroom.
Then we took a little weekend trip to Chicago and stopped along the way at a candy factory…
The Irish festival had rides, games, magic shows and Irish dancing..
This one was funny- whipped them around at the ends and you could hear their high pitched 'wheeee's' above everyone else.
We checked out a pro girls softball game… the Bandits

The girls enjoyed an American Girl Doll luncheon, so Aurie and I made our own picnic fun out back at the library..
