The girls really enjoyed attending daddy's cousin Candace's wedding this weekend. It's been anticipated for a while..dresses, shoes, family to visit..oh my! It definitely made some memories to keep. (I can't believe how many preconceived notions about weddings, etc that they have- despite this only being their second since they've been old enough to remember!)
I feel like Ellie looks like she's getting so much older in this one!

This was a big deal.. the girls absolutely loved the bouquets, and we were lucky enough to have one lent to us for some pictures :)
Aurie, loved the wedding cake. It was another big deal. So, I let her go take a pic with my phone...voila. But the story doesn't stop there... this is the "before" picture...

Sweet Candace came and gave us our own personal rose...needless to say, it was a BIG hit..
Dancing was started before dinner even ended... well, it did for us, anyway ;)
The "after"...see that little dimple at the front left, bottom layer? Hard to be upset with the teeny beauty who comes up to you and whispers, "I know the cake is soft".... Shhh...don't tell Candace!

Here's the real reason that we love her- she dances with us! :) (And, after hearing Daddy's nickname for her- we were won over completely! Candy!)
Truthfully, we're just waiting patiently until we're allowed back on the dance floor, but it the look of them watchin a daddy/daughter dance kinda gave me flashes of the future :)
So glad we were able to visit Noni and Nana and Uncle Ryan!
And, squeezed in a visit with Auntie Tanya and crew! :)
