Tricks and treats

My darling piglet..albeit dancing piglet.. (Hard to believe a smile could grace that face as only one hour before, we were incredibly distraught over the feel of the piggy's bodice) Hence, the dance costume addition.
The whole gang… two days home from our wonderful Florida October Break, mommy wasn't speedy enough in sewing to complete our costumes, and this borrowed Mermaid, our dress up dress "Snow Angel', and the dancing piggy had to do...

The high school's Trunk or Treat (turned indoor trick or treating) has become a yearly tradition and is really nice. Everyone is clean, dry and warm, you can count on the candy being safe, and it's kind of fun to watch the highschoolers…takes you back. The girls really enjoy it, and we have fun checking out the different clubs' choice of theme for their table.

Everyone wanted their picture with "Elsa"!

Especially fun was going with, and meeting up with friends!

Aurie loved this ladybug :)

The yellow brick road!

Ellie's favorite…Super Mario Brothers...

Halloween morning…costumes complete…

Halloween evening was actually quite awful as far as the weather was concerned. But what warmed it up was spending it with friends and a beautiful dinner. The girls had fun with their friend Brayden, and visiting his new baby brother Dax. Lia took a particular interest, and was fascinated by him. We laughed at hearing them all bargain and trade candy- it was very serious!
