Chilly Days..

Heading to get daddy at the airport, and finding ourselves needing to kill an hour… good thing ice cream was nearby! ;)

So, the snow this year, has come with great excitement. The morning after it fell, the girls were so eager to get out and play. After school that day, they were in snow pants, and we had to drag them back inside after dark! What a fun thing to watch…I love that they love it as much as I did when I was young!

Our big weekend tree adventure… the farm was beautiful… lots of fun things to see and do. We began in the bed and breakfast cabin, by the fire, listening to a violinist play christmas music. Using the penny tootsie rolls from the table, we were able to get lots of family poses to get a christmas card picture :)  

The tree selection is a bit easier this year…no sawing and only a bit of hauling… the hill in the background had a big slide that went through it! The girls sat on potato sacks and flew down…they loved it!

They just were all smiles and had so much fun running around with their friend Brayden...

(I have no idea where she gets this from!)
